Scott Gibbons is the Director of Manufacturing at Intralytix, Inc. Scott brings over 20 years of cross-functional biotechnology experience to the Company. He has spent over a decade working specifically in the bacteriophage field, with a focus primarily on Process Development and Manufacturing. Prior to Intralytix, Scott worked as Director of Microbial Process Development at Paragon Bioservices (now Catalent Inc.), focusing not only on bacteriophage, but also vaccines and therapeutic proteins.
Scott obtained his B.S. from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, and an M.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Towson University.
When not working, Scott is an avid fisherman who can often be found out in the ocean chasing after gamefish or enjoying a local microbrew with his rescue dog.
