Jon Kully is the co-founder and managing partner of Flank - a vertically integrated real-estate development firm in New York. He has completed over $1b in projects and has $700M presently under construction. Jon raised a private equity fund in 2018. His practice is focused on delivering best in class product and returning outsized returns to investors. Jon sits on the board of advisors for the Dean of Columbia's GSAPP. He resides in the West Village with his wife and two children.
